Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all safety seals intact for chemical solutions and detergents.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Pack the items securely to prevent leaks or damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
