Punch is a powerful, highly concentrated detergent for cleaning concrete, ceramic tiles, quarry tiles, porcelain and porous stone where it is common for soil to build up in the micro pores of the surface or collect in the ‘hills and valleys and grout.

Regular cleaning procedures do not prevent the build-up or greying of the surface therefore the aggressive cleaning action of PUNCH penetrates the pores to lift out old dirt.

The results will be immediate, especially when auto scrubbing.

Ideal for use in shopping centres, tiled washrooms and toilets, shower blocks, commercial kitchens, restaurants, and car parks.

Punch Features:

• Heavy duty 5Lt cleaner and degreaser.
• Highly alkaline, fast acting formula.
• Rips soil out of porous tiles and grout.
• Can be applied by mop or auto scrubber.

Initial Cleaning Instructions:

1. Dilute Punch with 1 to 5 parts waters depending on soil level.
2. Apply liberally to the floor using a mop, sprayer, or auto-scrubber (leave vacuum function off).
3. Let the solution dwell for 5–15 minutes to break down grime. Reapply if necessary to keep the surface wet.
4. Scrub the surface, using clean water in the machine’s solution tank for rinsing.
5. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and extract using a wet/dry vacuum.
6. Always test in an inconspicuous area before full application. Avoid use on polished stone.

Maintenance Cleaning Instructions:

Mop & Bucket Cleaning:

1. Dilute Punch at a ratio of 1:40 to 1:60 with water, depending on soil level.
2. Mop the surface thoroughly and Rinse with clean water to remove any residue.

Auto-Scrubbing:

Use appropriate scrubbing brushes based on soil severity:

• Polypropylene – Light soil
• Nylon – Medium soil
• Tynex – Heavy soil

1. Once weekly, preferably on a low-traffic day, scrub with clean water only.
2. If soil persists, use SPLASH diluted 1:100 instead of water (weekly use only).
3. For daily maintenance, use Punch diluted 1:50 to 1:200, adjusting as needed based on soil conditions.
4. Always follow safety and dilution guidelines. Store in a cool, dry place.

Concrete Car Park Floor Cleaning:

1. Sweep the area to remove loose debris.
2. Pre-treat oil spills with GREASE RELEASE or ORANGE SOLV GP as directed and allow time to soak.
3. Dilute Punch at 1:25 (approx. 3L per 80L of water), or fill your scrubber solution tank with water and add the recommended volume of Punch.
4. Scrub the area, using vacuum and squeegee to extract dirty solution.
5. Double scrub any greasy or heavily soiled spots.
6. If residue or water trails remain, return quickly with a damp mop to prevent drying marks.
7. Perform a final rinse with clean water and vacuum up the remaining liquid.
8. For best results, clean during low-traffic hours and allow surfaces to dry completely before reopening to vehicles.
